1. Introduction
Welcome to 1016 East! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using properties booked directly from our site or through a booking channel. By accessing 1016East.com, you accept these terms and conditions. If you disagree with all of the terms and conditions stated on this page, please do not use our site.
2. Booking Policy
Reservations: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation upon payment of a non-refundable deposit or full payment. Rates are per property, per night, based on specified occupancy, and are subject to change without notice.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept payments via Stripe and Zelle where specified.
Cancellation Policy: To ensure fairness and manage expectations:
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival.
50% refund if canceled up to 14 days before arrival.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur a fee of $150-200, depending on the property.
Check-Out: Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee of $150-200, depending on the property. Timely check-out is crucial to allow adequate preparation for the next guests.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and comply with property rules. Please keep noise to a minimum and show consideration for other guests and staff.
5. Liability
1016 East is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. We are also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
6. Privacy Policy
By submitting l information to our site, you grant 1016 East and its affiliates the right to manage and utilize this information. We use your data to facilitate bookings, communicate updates, and enhance overall service delivery, ensuring an optimized guest experience. Your information will be handled with the utmost care, ensuring privacy and respect for your personal details.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state and city where the rented property is located, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
1016 East reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site and services after amendments signifies agreement to the changes.
9. Additional Policies
Required Documents: A completed Credit Card Authorization Form, Credit Card Proof, and government-issued identification may be required depending on the property.
Pet Policy: We love pets but due to allergies, pets are not allowed.
Occupancy: Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
